Bucky Dodd, Ph.D.

Bucky Dodd, Ph.D. is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant at ClearKinetic, a boutique consultancy specializing in creating one-of-a-kind education and training solutions.  

As a creative designer, master facilitator, and results-driven strategist, Dr. Dodd brings a wealth of experience and expertise to developing education and training solutions that unify sound learning and business practices. He has been recognized internationally for his consulting and design expertise and has a proven record of leading innovation initiatives in associations, corporate, government, and education organizations.  

 


Tyler Enslin

As a professional speaker since 2012, Tyler has had the privilege to present at over 1000 live events. He is passionate about helping his audiences by sharing information in a way that is engaging, lively, and most of all, practical. This has enabled him to work with Fortune 500 companies, large organizations, and a wide variety of associations, including several SAEs. In addition to owning his own business, Tyler has also served as a talent management consultant for Johns Hopkins University since 2015.

 

 


Avi Olitzky

Avi Olitzky (he/him/his) is the president and principal consultant of Olitzky Consulting Group. Over the course of his professional career, Avi has served as senior rabbi to one of the largest congregations in North America, successfully launched and grown innovative information technology and content-driven production companies and organizations, and was a founding board chair and board member for numerous non-profits. He is a Qualified Association Specialist (QAS), master facilitator, design-thinker and strategic planner, innovator, speaker, and retreat organizer. In addition, he has served as an advisor and consultant to multiple membership organizations and non-profits, associations, camps and youth organizations, synagogues and churches, for-profit executives, and general companies. Recently invited to serve on faculty for the US Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of Organization Management, Avi is a futurist who thrives on collaborating with visionary organizations and individuals dedicated to positive global impact.

Lyndi Zavy

Lyndi Zavy brings 15 years of expertise in Human Resources and Operations, including her role as COO of a healthcare organization and her current work as the founder of Rivers & Roads Organizational Development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Lyndi is deeply committed to helping leaders foster supportive environments for their employees while prioritizing their own well-being. Actively engaged in her community, she serves on multiple non-profit boards and committees. At home, she and her husband stay busy with their two energetic children, two pampered dogs, and a leopard gecko.
